There is the option to use PayPal which is GDPR compliant. This is a third party payment option and PayPal have their own security measures in place to protect against unauthorised or unlawful use of your personal data. As we cannot fully guarantee the security of this payment option, please use at your own risk. IllyBoo Designs cannot be held responsible or liable for any risk.

8. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP HOLD OF YOUR DATA?
IllyBoo Designs will retain your data for a maximum of 2 years. After this time, we will delete all personal data (name, address and any other data pertaining to your orders via the website). Any email correspondence and guest list information provided to IllyBoo Design for events and weddings will be deleted after 1 year following completion of the order.
